Come get a great workout in with Emy and friends, starting with a fun dance cardio segment of Zumba®, followed by a chill and relaxing 25 minutes of Essentrics® to end your weekend right and get you in a great headspace. We look forward to seeing you there!

Cancellation Policy
IMPORANT: ONLINE classes: You can book classes up to a week in advance, and cancel or reschedule your booking up to two hours prior to class start time without penalty. Within the two-hour window to the start time of the class, all reservations will be charged. OUTDOOR/LIVE classes: please note if you wish to reschedule or cancel your class, you must do so 12 hours in advance to allow for us to adjust the schedule accordingly if necessary. Within a twelve-hour window to the start time of the class, all reservations will be charged.
